Dr. Emili had the opportunity to travel to Boston University this past week to attend the PhD defenses of Dr. Matthew Lawton and Dr. Ahmed Youssef. Both candidates exceeded expectations and passed with flying colors. Dr. Youssef was additionally nominated for an award of excellence.
After the successful defenses, the BU Emili team celebrated with dinner and one last gathering.
